Required Immunizations

New Missouri Law:
All incoming 8th graders must receive the 
Tdap and Meningococcal conjugate vaccines
prior to the first day of school.


Proof of immunization must be submitted before the
first day of school in order for students to attend.


Your doctor's office can provide you with additional information.
Immunization records can be submitted to the school at any time.

Records must include the child's name, the immunization,
the date it was given, and the clinic where it was administered.

New for 2016-2017: Online registration including
Secondary Health Updates with Tylenol permission​


Additionally, please provide the nurse with:

  • ​Updated immunization records
  • Updated Action Plans and emergency medications (asthma, food allergies, diabetes, seizures, etc.)
  • Scheduled, and as needed medication for the school year

Tylenol Policy

Regular strength Tylenol is available starting in the 6th grade and can be given to a student ONLY with the signed permission waiver from the parent or guardian. Tylenol will be monitored and parents notified of frequent visits/request for Tylenol.
